ARMStaffing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse, Skilled Nursing (Evening Shift) in Montour Falls, New York.

Schedule/Shift
This position requires working 3 evenings per week, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holiday, and may float to other units as staffing permits.
Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist with assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all patients, regardless of age, during assigned shifts. The LPN will collaborate with the healthcare team, participate in interdisciplinary care, and advocate for patients while effectively providing Person-Centered care and services. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse according to facility policy, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in patient conditions. The LPN must maintain clinical competence specific to the care area and document patient information in EMR/Point Click Care.
Responsibilities
Required Experience
Experience in nursing practice is preferred, especially in skilled nursing settings. Familiarity with Point Click Care is a plus.
Certifications/Licensure
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required. Compliance with health history requirements, including vaccinations and health screenings, will be necessary before onboarding.
