National Ambulance, LLC is looking for a motivated individual to join our operations team in Springfield, MA Incumbents are responsible for a wide variety of operations centeractivities, managing all available resources to includereceiving emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance service from public and private parties, transmitting orders to suitable response unitsand administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-tasking in a fast paced office setting
• Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Resource Management
• Working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals
• Scheduling & Quality Control

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Microsoft Office
• The ability to type at least 40 wpm.
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation.
