Develop designs, user flows, and economy models, and propose A/B test ideas. Partner with product managers, engineers, and artists to bring features from concept to live release, aligning gameplay, UX, and visuals. Analyze KPIs and player behavior to inform design choices and identify opportunities to boost retention, engagement, and IAP monetization. Participate in defining the overall game vision, strategic direction, and long-term roadmap alongside product directors and studio leadership. Help shape priorities and ensure design decisions align with studio goals. 5+ years of experience in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X, or similar); Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design. Strong communication skills, with a focus in creating clear, simple design documentation. Ability to absorb and apply feedback from multiple sources with flexibility and no ego. Skilled at simplifying and communicating complex systems. Comfortable analyzing KPIs and player behavior to guide design decisions. Passion for mobile midcore games and deep knowledge of market dynamics.
